Oktoberfest is an event known for its lederhosen, low-cut dresses and a lot of German beer.
The German beer festival is a celebration of Bavarian history, launched in 1810 in honour of the Crown Prince Ludwig’s marriage to Princess Theresa von Sachsen-Hildburghausen.
Oktoberfest is no longer a Bavarian tradition.
London Oktoberfest 2018 is taking place in Millwall Park and Finsbury Park.
Giant tents will be set up to mark the occasion, with live Ompha-Ompha music, bratwurst and German beer.
London Oktoberfestival is currently underway, and is going on from September 28 until October 26.
This is being held at 26 Leake Street – a 1,200 capacity venue.
